TrueWing Gutters collects information you choose to provide when you request a gutter estimate or contact us. This policy explains how we handle that information on truewinggutters.com.
Information we collect
Our estimate form requires your name, phone number, email address, full property address, and the type of service you need. You can also provide optional notes about your project. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you share in that conversation. Our hosting provider may collect ordinary technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, in server logs needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss your home and project, prepare an estimate, schedule related work if you choose to proceed, and keep records of our communications. We do not use an estimate request as consent to receive unrelated promotional messages.
Form delivery and service providers
Our website sends estimate information through our hosting provider to our office email and to HighLevel, our customer and project management service. HighLevel processes contact and project details to help us track requests, send acknowledgements, and coordinate follow up. People working on your requested estimate or project may receive the information needed to provide that service. Private connection credentials are kept on the server and are not included in the public website.
Session cookies and website preferences
The estimate service uses a first party session cookie to associate your request with submission retries and later phone corrections. The cookie lasts until your browser or the server session expires. The website also uses browser session storage to remember whether the estimate offer banner has already appeared. Closing a tab or browser may clear session storage, depending on your browser settings.
Website analytics
We use HighLevel and Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, and browser and device information. These providers receive technical information when their tracking code loads, including your IP address; Google Analytics reports approximate location and uses first party cookies to distinguish visits. Google Analytics records an estimate form start, clicks on telephone links, and confirmed estimate requests. A telephone click does not tell us whether a call connected or was completed.
We do not send your form values, name, email address, phone number, property address, notes, or TrueWing request reference to Google Analytics. URLs sent to Google Analytics exclude arbitrary query values and fragments. Only approved campaign labels and, when advertising measurement is enabled, supported Google ad-click identifiers are retained for attribution. The request reference is stored only in your browser to prevent counting the same confirmed request again; form starts are remembered in browser session storage. Automatic form capture is disabled, and estimates continue through the existing form delivery process.
Google Analytics is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, when you previously opted out below, or when required browser storage is unavailable. You can change your Google Analytics preference for this browser at any time. This control applies to Google Analytics; the existing HighLevel page view tracker and embedded reviews operate separately.
Advertising measurement
Advertising measurement is optional. If enabled, we share a Google ad-click identifier and successful estimate-request event with Google to measure advertising results. Google also receives technical information through its measurement service.
We do not send your name, email address, phone number, property address, notes, form values or TrueWing request reference. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions remain disabled.
Your choice is remembered in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Disabling Google Analytics, Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track also disables advertising measurement. Advertising measurement is disabled by default. Accepted click identifiers are kept in browser session storage for the visit, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity between pages. Withdrawal stops future measurement and clears the click identifiers and accessible advertising measurement cookies controlled by this website; it does not erase information previously received by Google. Our forms and customer service work regardless of your choice.
Embedded reviews and external links
Our homepage displays a review widget provided through HighLevel and ReputationHub. Loading that widget connects your browser to the provider, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The widget may use its own browser storage. If you follow a Google reviews link or another external link, that service handles information under its own privacy policy.
Retention and requests
Estimate requests and related communications are kept in our office email and customer management system while needed to respond to you, manage a project, and meet applicable business obligations.
